We are Leigh Ann Arthur and Bogdan Manta. Together, we created The Essential Experts. Known to be highly effective, organizations often describe us as connectors, catalysts and change agents. You'll often find us brainstorming in a playground, or filming in the most remote locations.
We met each other in 2005 back in Prague. Over many successful collaborations, a valuable friendship was born.
Along with a team of experts, we are on a journey to fight the disengagement pandemic. It is humbling to see how employees who previously struggled, are now re-connected with their teams and their organization.
